Why DeepRacer?
AWS DeepRacer gives you an interesting and fun way to get started with reinforcement learning (RL). RL is an advanced machine learning (ML) technique that takes a very different approach to training models over other machine learning methods. Its super power is that it learns very complex behaviours without requiring any labeled training data, and can make short term decisions while optimising for a longer term goal.
Use cases for RL include recommendation engines, financial trading engines, process optimization, web systems configuration, resource management and autonomous actions.

- No experience is needed! We will teach you everything you need to know.
- How much does this competition cost?
- This is an AWS sponsored event so it is free of charge to join
- What is the time commitment for this competition?
- You will be required to participate in the workshop session (2 hours) along with training your models in your own time which can range from 2 hours to 40 hours (up to you).

- Do I need to use my own AWS Account to train my models?
- No - we will provide you with accounts to train on for this competition.
- What if I can't participate in the workshop?
